Blizzcon 2012

For six of the past seven years, Blizzard Entertainment has hosted Blizzcon; one of the best conventions for gamers around the world. Every year, tens of thousands of fans sit at their computers on a quiet Saturday, mashing their F5 buttons to oblivion as they await tickets to go on sale. Those lucky enough to attain tickets are treated to a weekend in beautiful Anaheim, California. A weekend of making friends and confronting enemies. A weekend of insight into what the future holds. A weekend of watching the best in the world battle to the death.
This year, 2012, Blizzard has announced that they do not plan to host this amazing event. Some of us will not stand for this. Regardless of the distance and the cost, some have made this gaming pilgrimage every year. And many are eager to attend for their first time.
Blizzard, your fans are why you do the amazing work that you do. Don't deny us the greatest joy of all; Blizzcon 2012.
