The American People should not be forced to pay for a frivolous law suit that accuses the President of exceeding his executive authority...of "eroding the power of the executive branch".
President Obama has used the fewest executive orders of the previous presidents. This is a total misuse of tax payer dollars when our dollars are needed to deal with more pressing domestic and foreign affairs issues.
Why is this important?
As a tax paying citizen, I object to you using my tax dollars to fund your lawsuit against President Obama. I disagree with the lawsuit as it does not appear to have a sound basis. As an American, natural-born citizen, I do not want my money used to fund it.
