Best Buy's return policy hurts its customers and struggling Americans and until the company makes changes that help consumers, I pledge to take my business elsewhere!

Why is this important?

Best Buy has the worst return policy in America, PERIOD! I recently visited my local Best Buy store in Roseville, Michigan to return a gift that was paid for with cash and I was given the receipt. I thought this would be a quick in and out. However, I was told that because the item was more than 30 days I could not return the item. What is worse is that I was not able to exchange or get in-store credit for the item and was basically told to get lost. Now I am forced to sell my gift on ebay at a loss and Best Buy keeps the profit!
