We are boycotting Dos Equis until you hire a real Hispanic actor or actress to play The Most Interesting Person in the World. The ads feature Jonathan Goldsmith a Jewish actor from NY and narrated by Frontline's Will Lyman. The Hispanic American community is a vital part of The U.S. and we demand Hispanic characters on TV / Film / and Radio be played by Hispanic actors.
Why is this important?
I am frustrated and have had enough with Dos Equis beer being promoted to the Hispanic community with a character that is supposed to be Jatin. The ads feature Jonathan Goldsmith as "the world's most interesting man" and are narrated by Frontline's Will Lyman. The Hispanic American community of The U.S. should see Hispanic characters on TV / Film / and Radio be played by Hispanic actors. I consider the ads to be an insult.
