In a startling and grotesque distortion of common sense five justices decided corporations can have religious attitudes and, on that basis , have ruled they need not provide contraception coverage in the insurance offered to their employees. Until we can change the court I pledge not to purchase anything from Hobby Lobby, and to contact my Senators and Representative to ensure reproductive healthcare for women.
Why is this important?
I am starting this petition and pledge not to do any business with Hobby Lobby, because women should have the right to decent reproductive health care. One powerful socially progressive force is the daily purchase decisions of individuals.
