Ed Schultz, well known MSNBC news reporter that enthusiastically advocates for the average American worker will be cancelled. It appears that Ed Schultz offended MSNBC, NBC Comcast and most notably the top 1%
Ed Schultz speaks on issues that really matter to the average American, MSNBC, NBC and Comcast are silencing one of the most charismatic coherent voices who whole heatedly fights for the American working class, unions, and the working poor. Ed most notably informed the American public about the secret treasonous trade agreements (TPP) that hurt real people while enriching the 1% and exposing environmental issues and disasters that are so often covered up by mainstream media.
Ed repeatedly exposed the power and influence yielded by Wall Street, corporations and banks over our government and society. Ed has covered the Trans-Pacific Partnership more often than ALL network national media combined."It has to be noted that Comcast, the company that owns MSNBC, is a big supporter of the TPP." and Ed's views directly contradicted their views.
In my opinion we are losing a very powerful voice. Ed Schultz is a relentless supporter of working people. It appears the corporate owners of the mainstream media want Ed kept silent. They would prefer that he be replaced by Chuck Todd, a mouthpiece with a teleprompter spouting 1% dogma. My opinion is that Chucky will toe the line and say anything that keeps him employed at the expense of the average American and to keep Chuck's corporate masters happy.
Through past observation Chuck Todd spews softball questions at his guests during interviews, and he allows them to stay on message with answers that are inline with the 1%. Chuck has proven himself to be on the side of corporations, politicians and shills who do the 1%'s bidding.
It will be a sad day for real news; Ed covered the topics and people that working people care about. I feel we will no longer get coverage for Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and other progressive fighters. No other media broadcasts have covered Bernie and his mind blowing attendance numbers as much as Ed.
