BRING CHARGES OF ANIMAL ABUSE AT CYPRESS ARROW ACADEMY

Based on videos and reports from owners, it is evident that Tina Frey and Victoria Elizabeth Brimer and employees working at Cypress Arrow Canine Academy at the time of abuse are guilty of gross abuse of animals that were put in their care at the academy in Lena Louisiana. They should all be charged with as-yet-to-be-determined number of abuse of dogs.

It is evident that this has been going on for some time, based on reports from dog owners. Besides the dogs in the videos, there is evidence of dogs being starved while in their care, dogs coming home aggressive, and dogs returning home with bodily injuries after spending time at Cypress Arrow.

Why is this important?

Louisiana law states that whomever commits the crime of aggravated cruelty to animals shall be fined not less than five thousand dollars nor more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not less than one year nor more than ten years, or both. (RS14 102.1). One charge should be levied for EACH DOG that was abused by Tina Frey, Victoria Elizabeth Brimer and others working at the Cypress Arrow Canine Academy during the time of the abuses.
