Bring Justice for Victims of UFO-Alien Abduction!

For too long, certain citizens of Earth have been victimized by perpetrators intent on abducting them for purposes malign or benign. But regardless of the motive, this practice constitutes CRIMINAL behavior, and must be challenged at all levels of law enforcement and by all the stakeholders involved, as a matter of public safety and government accountability. Accordingly, we, the following signatories, petition the U. S. Department of Justice to impanel a special federal grand jury to investigate, and to report upon, the facts, circumstances, principals, and action/inaction surrounding this issue. Failure of the Department to honor this petition would give tacit, formal toleration to this perpetual felonious conduct. Whenever/wherever any UFO occupants are conspiring to commit, and have been committing, abduction of any of our fellow citizens, we deserve to know the full extent of that fact and to be protected from it by pertinent government authority.
