Bring Kentucky's alcohol laws into the 21st century

Kentuckians should be free to:
1) Purchase packaged liquor, beer, and wine in grocery stores and convenience stores.
2) Purchase alcoholic beverages in restaurants and taverns during normal business hours, regardless of the day of the week (including Sunday.)
3) Purchase alcoholic beverages wherever they are sold until 11 PM Sunday through Thursday and until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday.

Local governments should still be free to add restrictions. But at the state-level, laws regarding alcohol sales ought to be as liberal as possible.

Why is this important?

Kentucky's alcohol laws are a mess. Please work to bring some sanity to the mish-mash of licenses, prohibitions, and restrictions. Kentuckians should be able to purchase alcohol as citizens of neighboring states do
