Bring our Unemployment Offices Back!

Please sign if you think we are being mislead by the amount of unemployed Americans. We need to re-instate the closed Unemployment offices in Iowa since Govenor Bradstad's decision was overturned by the Supreme Court.

Why is this important?

Governor Branstad overstepped his boundaries and removed all of the smaller unemployment offices within our state and the decision was overturned by the Supreme Court.

Per the Facebook page of Iowa Senate Republicans page:
The total number of working Iowans increased to 1,576,300 in January from 1,573,300 in December, and from 1,567,500 one year ago. Employment in this state has been gradually increasing since August 2011.

Please sign this petition if you think Congress is making employment statistics look good on paper only and not addressing the true issue which is decent good paying jobs for all with good benefits. We need the unemployment offices re-instated to all of the small counties to truly assist the unemployed seek decent jobs with good wages and benefits.
