Why is this important?
The Forrester Family is seeking relief from outdated and disproportionate immigration laws that have permanently banned Mr. Forrester from the United States for life, because of simple possession of marijuana. We believe that waivers should be available to spouses of U.S. citizens so that the past mistakes of the immigrant can be weighed against the hardship to the U.S. family if they are never allowed to come.
