Build Site III in Jackson Square Now!

I support Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) on behalf of Jackson Square Partners’ development of Site III in Jackson Square, and I urge the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to grant the necessary approval for the development to finally move forward.

The projects on Site III will provide affordable and mixed-income homes, a community plaza and green space, as well as improvements to parking and traffic. Recognizing the immense public benefit, the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council approved the development in November 2015.

Site III development advances the community’s vision for Jackson Square, articulated ten years ago.

After a decade of planning, it is time to build!

Why is this important?

Jackson Square Partners, of which JPNDC is a lead partner, is seeking community support for its revised Article 80 filing towards the development of Site III in Jackson Square.
Demonstrating support from neighbors and business owners is an important step in the Boston Redevelopment Authority’s Article 80 approval process.
