This is an ongoing issue that Companies need to be forced to address. I personally have been harassed and bullied for over 20 years on various jobs and it has not gotten any better. At Will States allow for Companies to fire" At Will" so there are no repercussions. Please help address this issue that many are experiencing on the job but are too afraid to speak out about, and when they do find themselves without employment. Our Government and Legislature must get involved.
Why is this important?
