How many more outages do the American people have to endure because of antiquated above ground wiring. The changes in climate have resulted in an increase in more severe storms like Sandy on the East Coast. This is a national security issue, this is an economic issue, this is a life support issue. An aggressive nationwide effort to rebuild and replace above ground wiring can provide jobs for many years to come.
