The AZ Senate voted to allow businesses to refuse to serve gays based on the owners "religious" beliefs! Please send a message to Senate Republicans as well as the House who are going to vote on a similar measure today, that we do not approve of discrimination against anyone including gay Americans, irrespective of religious beliefs.
Why is this important?
I live in AZ and I can't believe this could actually happen in 2014. It is frightening to think of the consequences. This not only effects gays but anyone who a business owner finds does not "meet" their religious standards. A Mormon family, a Muslim, an Orthodox Jew.....We are all now at risk of this twisted discrimination under the guise of "religious freedom".
