California, Drone-Free Zone

This is a petition to outlaw any deployment or use of drones, any sort of robotic warfare, or robotic survelliance devices, in the state of California. This petition is for people that agree America was not supposed to be a draconian police-state and that our leaders must act to stop this endless growth of the national-security state.

California can be a model on this problem which relates to our civil liberties, rights to privacy, and basic human rights. This can also be a small step towards outlawing assasination of US citizens, in light of the latest escalations of the deadly uses of this technology. Let's make CA a 'hell-no', drone-free zone.
