There shall be established a State of California Bank , funded initially by the citizens of California, and designed after the state bank of North DAKOTA. the intent is that all public infrastructure projects, roads, rail systems, sewer and water systems shall be funded through this state bank. All fees, interest and costs shall be retained by the bank to be reinvested in California.
Why is this important?
My petition is designed to prompt the governor and state legislature to consider establishing a State chartered bank.
