We are joining Equipping Businesses For Success Institute and calling on Governor Bob McDonnell to correct the injustice that exists in Virginia’s procurement contracting system today by issuing an Executive Order implementing the recommendations from the 2010 Disparity Study to give women and minority-owned businesses access to the state’s marketplace.
