Limit campaign contributions to $100/person for a candidate. The last four digits of the individual's social security number must be used for verification purposes. No right to vote equals no right to finance campaigns.
Why is this important?
Currently 400 of the wealthiest individuals are deciding what legislation is going to be passed, based on their own interests. This has led to deregulation and tax breaks. Legislators are being bribed every day by lobbyists because people (and corporations apparently) can donate unlimited funds to campaigns.
