Campaign finance reform

In order to make elections fair and based on the positions and abilities of the candidates, campaign finance reform should be passed by the United States legislature and signed into law by the President. Some tenets of this law should include a specific timeline allowed for candidates to campaign (i.e. 1 year maximum) and the removal of super PACs and PACs into campaigns. Any donation by anyone to any candidate would have to be documented.

Why is this important?

Limit the amount of money directly or indirectly involved in campaigning. We should also legally shorten the amount of time candidates are allowed to campaign. And we should pass legislation to get rid of PACs and super PACs.
