Reduce campaign spending ceilings for the president and Congress to no more than 1 million dollars per candidate.
Reduce campaigning to 6 months prior to the election and allow
all presidential candidates one hour of television time per month during those 6 months.
Outlaw robo-calling.

We need to get our national priorities right--there is an obscene amount of money and time spent on presidential and other campaigns.
