Reasons for immediate closure:
Members of CJNG, (CARTEL JALISCO NEW GENERATION) knowingly trafficked sex workers out of the campground. Often using the cover of of "being out of state workers", this method was used to register campers and rv's within Jackson Lake. As to not draw suspicion to others, these Hispanic males often wore construction attire and had work vehicles associated with,or the look thereof being construction related. A resident of Jackson Lake last summer named Arturo Ramon Candelario,an illegal alien from Ecuador,and his brother Luis Naula-Candelario,both at one point worked for previous camp manager at Jackson Lake. Arturo claimed to be affiliated or a member of a Mexican based cartel. His Dodge truck,had a decal that read "CJNG". Openly brazen,he publicly displayed the decal and told other campers he could "get them anything". He was referencing narcotics and sexual favors for 3 female residents living in the park last summer. Recently,Arturo's brother, Luis, was in fact arrested by PICKERINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT on an international warrant for the crime of, MURDER.
His janitor girlfriend at the park,worked in arrangement of soliciting men,in lieu of engaging of sexual acts in campground facilities.

As it was recently learned in preparation of the class action suit we intend to file,Arturo Candelario,is wanted for sexual exploitation of a minor under the assumed named "Miguel Garcia".
(B) Arturo often frequented areas such as Lithopolis and parks near Lancaster,Ohio,based upon information provided by former workers,residents,and contractors of Jackson Lake Campground LLC. <//
Jackson Lake's employment of convicted felons such as sex offenders and bank robbers. Last summer,we learned of 2 convicted felons working in the park. Michael Hay and Raymond (RJ) Arnold. Michael is a career bank robber who from our understanding is currently wanted on unrelated charges, of failure to appear and theft,worked as an "Operations Coach" under the direction of Mark & Dorothy Bonds who were "Operational Managers". Michael and his wife Jadaris,are suspected of stealing equipment and merchandise. Raymond Arnold,a transient male with 2 dogs,with several misdemeanor convictions and FELONY INDUCING PANIC,was subsequently hired as security after he broke up several fights,some where he assaulted patrons,and was in fact reported in several incidents to Fairfield County Sheriff's Office once learned of in September 2024. ARNOLD IS NOT A LICENSED SECURITY OFFICER IN THE STATE OF OHIO due to his felony conviction. Arnold is wanted in questioning for an assault in Orlando Florida. He has an active warrant through the Orange County Court in Orlando.
Sara Matthias and Jennifer [x], unknown female,were also responsible for thefts in travel trailers. These females were employed as camp hosts prior to the of the arrival of Paige Rines and Brad Hibschman. ( Team Outsider's "FIXERS )

ENCAMPMENTS in the vicinity. Yes,3 known homeless encampments of both former employees and campground residents are in the adjacent properties in the woods between State Route 674 and Cedar Hill Rd. NW. Deputies who explored these woods last year,found evidence of manufacturing of Methamphetamine and an active homeless encampment of not less than 15 individuals. 4 of these encampment individuals, are part of a group of female home health aides,that live in 3 off grid travel trailers. They committ petty thefts from retirement communities and seniors within Fairfield County. The main theme we are seeing,is that Jackson Lake Campground is a base of criminal operation.
The owners of Jackson Lake Campground,are part of a group known as TEAM OUTSIDER. The primary focus,flipping campgrounds to create enormous revenue streams,while providing cheap labor and no security at facilities. They give false Google Reviews,to elevate or boost appearance of grounds,while completely not caring.
The owners Josh Weissenstein and Cody Sauer,portray themselves as caring hospitality executives, but are far from it.
