On February 17, 2017, there is a call for a national general strike to protest Trump's policies. Some of us can not take part in this national general strike because of the nature of our profession, but all of us are capable of becoming an economic protester.
Become an economic protester by choosing to not spend any money on February 17! Refusing to spend the day before President's Day will send a message too businesses, politicians and other members of the hegemony is that the power is in our purse.
