Demand that the U.S. ALLOW the fuel efficiency that is currently available in Europe to be the standard for US vehicles.
Why is this important?
In Europe, vehicles get up to 78 mpg (Imperial Gallon.)...that's about 65 mpg US gallons. Ford exports vehicles to Europe with that type of fuel economy. VW imports to the US are currently not allowed to get 65mpg. This affects all of our citizens. Big oil has been in control too long.
