Car Moving, Lights On

People driving with headlights off are harder to see, and make driving more dangerous.

Please change the laws in New Jersey governing the use of headlights to a very simple "Car Moving, Lights On" rule with no exceptions.

Why is this important?

There are too many people who seem to think that if they can see other cars, it's OK for their lights not to be on ... even when it's raining or dark. The present rules for having lights on in New Jersey are unenforceably complicated and imprecise.
