Why is this important?
The Carla Butcher Act would be a careful evalution for deviant sexual patterns. These sexual assessmnet qutesionnaires are pften used to aid in the clinical assessment of sexual history and behavioral patterns. The military will be able to profile new canidaties wanting to enter and serve in our military and weed out the candidates who have these mental issues with sexual deviancy. These test will stop or greatly reduce rape and sex crimes in the military. The government will be able to save money by keeping morale up, retention rates high and better national security.
