Children under 14 years old should not have a cellphone. They will not learn real communication with one.
Why is this important?
Children under 14 should not have cell phones because kids now a days don't know how to communicate in person because they are all about their phones. They barely go outside like everyone used to. It's all about games with kids and it's ridiculous.
