Make cell service available for citizens in rural Adams county Ohio. And not have to be tied to only 1 phone carrier and be at there mercy. (Frontier)
Why is this important?
Everyone uses the internet and carry cellular devices. Also for emergencies. The whole state has coverage except this area. What’s up with that?
