To: The United States House of Representatives

Censure Speaker Boehner!

Censure the speaker of the House of Representatives for his failure to bring amendments or legislation related to jobs, education, the economy, health care, or infrastructure here in America to the floor of the House since January 3, 2013, for a vote.

For this failure by the speaker of the House, he should be censured for his inaction on behalf and in representation of the people of the United States of America.

Why is this important?

Since January 3, 2013, when the 113th Congress was gaveled into session by Speaker Boehner, this Congress has held no major or minor votes on the following: jobs, education, healthcare, or infrastructure on behalf of or in behest of the people of the United States of America.

Although the Constitution of the United States of America has no clearly defined rules or regulations for the Speaker of the House of Representatives (save that a person shall be "chosen" as the "presiding officer" of the House of Representatives), it is and has been understood that the speaker is the presiding officer and shall be the administrator and procurer of the general function and or legislative business that shall come before the House.

It is therefore the opinion of the petitioner that John A. Boehner, the Honorable, has done anything but in that regard. As such, he should be censured by the residing members of the United States House of Representatives for such inaction.
