Change Columbus Day to Indigenous People’s Day
Why is this important?
It is wrong to continue to celebrate Columbus. He and those that followed after him raped, enslaved, and attempted to exterminate the native Taínos. He also did not discover anything. It was already discovered by the native peoples.
