One Active Duty soldier dying while in custody of local authorities is enough. This petition is in memory of Sgt. James Brown. Let's make sure the number of deaths in custody don't increase.
Why is this important?
My son Sgt. James "Jay " Brown who was active duty, served a two tours in Iraq, and suffered from PTSD was killed by El Paso County Sheriff's Department while in custody.
