Petition the town to change the language of Section 2.3.B: Building Sewers and Connections to exclude condominiums that have individually owned units and pay taxes individually and should be charged a residential rate and not a commercial rate.
Why is this important?
The town of Milford has recently started charging condominiums a commercial rate for water which is higher than the residential rate.
