Change RCW 54.16.330 to allow publicly owned community broadband networks to provide service to end users.
Why is this important?
I am currently using Comcast to access the internet and access basic cable channels. The costs are high and the premium channels are bundled making the cost of TV access excessive.
A local public utility could easily provide internet and cable TV access at a lower cost.
This would help the school system by making high-speed internet available to students.
