Until we change the 2nd Amendment we cannot have sensible gun control. The 2nd amendment does not require background checks and does not demand mental health as a requirement to own a gun.
Why is this important?
Gun crime is out of control and the only way to get ahead of this is to change the 2nd Amendment. As it now stands, it is unconstitutional to require background checks and to demand mental health as a requirement to own a gun.
