As congress seeks ways to cut government spending, I urge congress to look within itself to save taxpayers of this nation a great deal of money and to increase efficiency and effectiveness in government.
There is no need for a constitutional amendment to take this action. The only action that is needed is to modify Public Law 62-5, was passed by the United States Congress on August 8, 1911

Why is this important?
The Constitution of the United States, Article 1 section 2, defines the composition of the House of Representatives. It states that the number of Representatives shall not EXCEED one for every thirty thousand people in each state with at least 1 representative from each state. There is no Maximum number of people that each representative shall be able to represent. In fact, that number has increased over the years as our population grew.
