I am starting this petition to try and increase charges for animal cruelty. 26% of animal abuse cases are dismissed. Although it may not sound like a lot it is a lot of animal being abused. Since there is little to no punishment, criminala will continue abusing. How many animals have to be abused? Sign this person to make California realize how many people truly believe for an increase in punishment.
