Charles Scott: Stop allowing dogs to be kept on a chain for life!

Stop the abuse and death of hundreds of dogs a year. Lets come into the 21 century and catch up with the rest of the country with our abuse laws.

Why is this important?

Allowing dog owners to keep their pet on a chain for life is condoning animal abuse. Time limits, weather condition parameters, and more spacific adequate shelter laws need to be put in place in order to prevent this abuse. Wyoming's abuse laws are lacking and are the worst in the nation. There are several states which already have these laws in place and Wyoming abuse laws need to be updated.
