In January of last year you made the promise to the people of the LGBT community that "We will not champion any political agenda's on marriage and family." Now you have choosen as a corporation to go out and champion a cause that totally goes against everything you said in the above statement. Chick-fil-A Sponsors Anti-Gay Golf Event (Months after sparking a national wave of protest in the GLBT community, fast food chain Chick-fil-A has underwritten a golf event that benefits an anti-gay group.) We are calling on you to once again, as you did before take this back. Until this time we are also standing up for a full out boycott of your corporation in the meantime.
Why is this important?
We are calling on Chick-Fil-A and it's president Dan Cathy to live up to his promise that he made January of last year. "We will not champion any political agendas on marriage and family." This petition is to add pressure to him and his corp., to take back on this sponsorship, and in the meantime I call for a boycott of this corp until which time he does so.
