Why is this important?
In his day Orson Wells broke new ground with his movie Citizen Kane describing the "strings pulled" by essentially one individual in control of newspapers and print media. Citizen Koch, although billed as a documentary, is an update of Orson Well's themes of control, power, and potential aftermath. If nothing else it's a great comparison for the American Public.
