Citizen or Subject?
Can we keep our democracy like Ben Franklin's challenged us to? Do we want to be citizens of our republic that is run for and by us or subjects of a government that is run by and for the wealthy and powerful?
Why is this important?
I want a democracy. Trump is evidence that it is rapidly disappearing.
