Seniors and low income citizens cannot afford the ballooned electricity costs coming from the Electric Plant Board of Vanceburg. One month your bill may be 200 dollars and the next 1000 dollars. This is price gouging to say the least. This company will even charge you extra if you go in person to pay your bill and forgot to bring the paperwork with you. It's called a penalty. A penalty on an excessively high bill sounds a lot like I only want your money, sorry about your losses.
