Make every state in the union take responsibility for at least one prisoner from Guantanamo, and CLOSE IT. Use Federal Prisons, Trials within 6 month. (Shift and move prisoners until tried and convicted or acquitted).
Why is this important?
Unfulilled "promise"because of lack of will of those citizens of this country to shoulder our responsibilities.Who will take the prisoners?EVERY State in the Union should take at least one. Why? We need to shoulder our patriotic duty, our commtment to justice and show the world we are responsible, genuine, and truly believe in justice for all.
