We are citizens united against Citizens United, a decision that distorts democracy and erodes our freedoms. We want the Court to be aware of the extent of public opposition to this ruling.
Why is this important?
We recognize that we have no direct influence on the Supreme Court but want the Court to have some indication of the extent of popular opposition to this decision. We may be powerless, but we do not have to be silent.
