It is time to ensure Civil Rights protections for everyone and end discrimination based on orientation and gender identity. The US Legislature and the President must reform or provide comprehensive Civil, Employment and Housing Rights laws to include orientation (heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or other) and gender identity (the gender of the majority, transgender or other). America must reform or provide comprehensive Hate Crimes Laws to include crimes that would erode Civil Rights and target people on the basis of gender identity and orientation.
