We need to get the attention of the carbon based corporations and the politicians in their pockets by speaking in terms they understand. By bringing a class action lawsuit on behalf of an entire generation for damage to the planet we have inherited.
Why is this important?
We bring a class action lawsuit against those who deliberately and with prior knowledge did create destruction of this entire planet, despite scientific evidence of the consequences of their actions. Motivated by greed, not unlike the tobacco industry, they have caused tremendous damage. The law suit would be on behalf of all persons 18 to 25 who have inherited this mess and will pay for it.
