Propositions are written clearly and concisely. No misleading statements, or contingency laws added to the propositions.
Voters were presented with Propositions this year that were unclear, Yes means No and No means Yes. Buried in the propositions were other laws that would go into effect that was not a part of the original proposition. This is frustrating, a waste of time, and clearly an effort to obfuscate.
