The efforts you described in your talk at Georgetown University are an excellent mix of mitigation, adaptation and globalization. The instrument that will best get those started is a revenue neutral carbon tax. Such a tax will level the playing field for sustainable energy and thereby improve the economy for everyone and the health of everyone.
