Tom Corbett's proposed budget is balancing the budget by giving tax breaks to corporations and in the meantime severely cutting services to health care, specialized housing including closing group homes, services to shelters for abused women, homeless in general and special needs children education
Why is this important?
Many major US corporations and businesspeople don't pay their fair share in taxes due to loopholes. This is not only unfair to every other tax payer it leaves much less revenue for essential services.
