Mandate that all people paying COBRA be elligible to keep it until they are offered a job with benefits.
Why is this important?
I think given current legislation mandating health insurance, that if a person has coverage through COBRA, where we pay the entire premiuim, we should be allowed to keep this plan until we get a new job that offers insurance.
