25th District community residents are interested in meeting with the 25th District Police Commander at the next safety committee meeting led by the Northwest Side Housing Center to discuss ways that the Chicago Police Department and the 25th District can better assist residents in making Belmont-Cragin a safer community for all.
Why is this important?
During the last NWSHC safety committee block club meeting, the block clubs agreed to invite the 25th District Commander to our next safety committee meeting on Tuesday, November 3rd at New Life Covenant Church located at 5100 W. Diversey to discuss the safety concerns that we all have in our community. To demonstrate the support for our meeting request, we have attached signatures from community residents who are interested in having a community meeting with the Commander. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss ways that the Chicago Police Department and the 25th District can better assist residents in making Belmont-Cragin a safer community for all.
Reminder: The Community Safety meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd at New Life Covenant Church located at 5100 W. Diversey (near LeClaire Ave). Parking and daycare will be provided.
